Since this will be moved anyway I saw a tweet so it must be true - the S&P has out performed Buffet over any time frame

I do know that development and constructionist brings jobs and riches to the masses that sitting on a pile of cash doesn't

Construction brings jobs and riches to the masses when you actually pay your workers and subcontractors.
