What if I don't want to worship government or god? I have no party.

I don't worship either government or God so far they haven't kicked me out of any party.

There are many many parties out there. You need to seek them out.

I have voted Buffalo Party, OWL (out with logic, on with lunacy), and once voted R when Tiny Freeman ran (Slogan: Tokay is not OK, Muscatel is swell)

I don’t think they’ll kick you out Bob. But the Bible thumpers got too much Swaye in the GOP these days.

Nope. He’s not. But he’s damn good at taking their side in the culture wars. Smart politics if you’re going for the straight flush again.

I guess I despise both extremes in the culture wars. In the Yella Piss Country Club Republican Party you don’t have to bake cakes for gays if you don’t want and abortion is legal until 8 weeks.

It’s kinda under told story, Evangelicals hitching themselves to Trump. Not a good look.

I haven’t read the Bible the whole way through, so I’m not a theological expert in any way. But I think the evangelicals in the US tend to get it wrong on WWJD. He was likely more SJW than they’d like to admit.

Sorta. Golden Rule, judge the sin not the sinner, etc. Bur the .... This is more than I want to tap on my phone. The problem is Christian values & practices bumping against a secular constitutional system informed by Judeo-Christian values. Both sides conflate this intersection too often.

Regarding political Evangelicals, they’ve spent four decades pillorying politicians whose personal lives do not match up. Until Trump.
