    The workforce doesnt have to be exploited. A guest worker program was part of the senate approved 2013 immigration reform bill. It would have passed the House too if brought up for a vote. Nativist-protectionist republicans (trump’s base) killed it. Keep up the resistance. You are going to lose one way or the other — legally or illegally.
