The FBI interviewed everyone from the "Trump team" that was present at the meeting. If it really were a "documented fact" that the Russians offered the hacked DNC emails, and the missing 30K Hillary emails, which to the best of my knowledge were never believed to have been hacked, just destroyed by Hillary, and anyone lied about this "documented fact" they would now be under indictment.
Hondo is talking squarely out of his ass and falsely claiming that "dirt on Hillary" is limited only to the hacked Hillary and DNC emails. No one present at the meeting has said that was what the Russian were offering.
