Chris Wallace calls Bob a liar.
“This will drive some of our viewers nuts,” the Fox News Sunday host noted. “The Trump investigation did not start with the FISA warrant and Carter Page and the dossier.”

“I don’t think there is any doubt they started investigating—I mean, everybody agrees they started investigating in the summer of 2016,” Wallace declared. “Look, I’m not saying what they did was right or any of that but we know that’s when the investigation started. There has been documentation of that.”
And the best part is, Wallace calls out Rush as a liar. And if you objectively look at the facts, Rush is of course lying.
“They began an investigation based on a phony dossier created and written by associates of Hillary Clinton. It was opposition research,” Limbaugh told Fox News anchor Bret Baier. “This is outrageous what has happened here. There needs to be an investigation into this. There needs to be accountability for everybody who participated in this.”

The chances of securing a 2016 surveillance warrant for a Trump campaign aide were “50/50” without the controversial anti-Trump “dossier,” according to testimony in newly confirmed congressional transcripts.
The October testimony from senior FBI lawyer Sally Moyer to House investigators appers to underscore how critical the dossier -- funded by the Democratic Party and Clinton campaign -- was in obtaining the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant, and appears to conflict with Democratic assertions that the dossier played a limited role in the process.
Asked whether the FBI would have been able to establish probable cause if the application “did not have the Christopher Steele information in it,” Moyer responded: "So I think it's a close call, like 50/50, 51/49. I really think it's a close call."
Moyer is a key witness as a lead attorney for the FBI’s 2016 Clinton email and Russia investigations. Her testimony about the dossier’s importance to the surveillance warrant application appears consistent with that of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
According to a memo from Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee in February 2018 about the Page warrant, "McCabe testified before the Committee in December 2017 that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court] without the Steele dossier information."

If anyone had lied to Mueller and the FBI about what the Russians had really offered, and if it really was a "documented fact" as you claimed that the Russians were offering to give the Trump team hacked DNC and Hillary emails everyone at that meeting would be under indictment. Hell Manafort probably could have used that information in order to get himself out of jail if it really was a "documented fact."
But it's not a "documented fact" it's just a baseless claim by a pathological lying zero integrity piece of shit.

The FBI interviewed everyone from the "Trump team" that was present at the meeting. If it really were a "documented fact" that the Russians offered the hacked DNC emails, and the missing 30K Hillary emails, which to the best of my knowledge were never believed to have been hacked, just destroyed by Hillary, and anyone lied about this "documented fact" they would now be under indictment.
Hondo is talking squarely out of his ass and falsely claiming that "dirt on Hillary" is limited only to the hacked Hillary and DNC emails. No one present at the meeting has said that was what the Russian were offering. In fact everyone says the when the Russians got to the meeting they offered up no dirt and wanted to talk about something complete different.
