Agreed! But it was Clint Eastwood. I only have Tanker M-1's. Handier!
Well I’ll be damned. The shit one learns here. I knew there was an M-1 Carbine. Didn’t know there was a stubby regular M-1 for tank guys. Reminds one of the Lee Enfield Mark IV Jungle Carbine.
None were actually fielded only prototypes were built. The war ended before that happened. They were all made by gunsmiths after the war on surplus M-1's. I have two and I really like them better than the standard M-1.
I have a Jungle Carbine and M1 carbines as well. Oldies but goodies! All those dead people can't be wrong.
If I ever live out the dream of getting a @PurpleThrobber guns and religion compound I will be getting a M-1 and one of the classic military bolt rifles. My wife hates neighbors so it may happen.
I just want some place where PC shit is not a requirement by law - you know, being a decent/asshole/backward/progressive/everything person because you want to be not because it is law.
South of the Hearst Castle, ocean view wine country.
It's in Kalifornia.......
Northern almost
great country. I like to stay in San Simeon off season
Hefty tax bill, limited freedom. But to each his own! Much of California is nice but the people running it aren't.
My wife researched the cost of living quite extensively before she told me we were moving. She said over all its lower and she was right. Taxes aren't cheap in Seattle nor is a supply of heating oil. And the weather sucks

It's fucking expensive though if you want to live on the lake.

It's true - when you want fruits and nuts, Cali is the spot!

I will have 10 acres for sale soon - Mrs Lebam and I are going somewhere - not sure where, but somewhere. 1911 4 square house all updated. Pond, barn, shop, goats and cats I can't catch.
Will you accept payment in weed, watches and stolen prescription medication?

To the single and divorced, this is the secret.
Or you could go a little farther north (not far from Ruby Ridge) and chill with Mark Furhman, Jake Plummer, Ben Stein and Vigo Mortensen.
