    About what

Healthcare is probably the only political issue I care about. And I don't care that much

I'd pay a few million to some dipshit data scientists to rank other countries healthcare systmss on cost to citizen, cost to govt, avg waiting times for basic ER stuff, and level of care for higher level sicknesses

Then whichever one comes on top I'd copy.
Dumb fucks like Hondo think most other countries have single payer.

    El oh fucking el.
Whatever is best just fucking copy it. Reinventing the wheel is retarded.

Our higher level stuff is already great so that ain't going away. It's mostly routine stuff so that's the issue.

Obesity is another one I'd tackle. Not currently fat middle aged people because they are already gross but a change to what's considered healthy in schools and marketing of bullshit like nonfat

    Major cutdown on sugar.

The problem is we? can copy a country like Switzerland, but we? don’t have 350 million people with the same mindset and personal habits as the Swiss. We? have to account for 150 million dipshits who have issues with being on the big team.
Very true. The Swiss are a homogeneous society. They like it that way. They don't have all kinds of immigrants that want to be here but their home country comes first. Identify as hyphenated Americas. As Teddy said they aren't Americans. You're American or nothing.
I believe Canada is the only western country that has single payer. 36 million employed white people and a few Asians huddled on the US boarder. Still haven’t gotten around the economic law of scarcity.

I didn’t say it did. Dumbshit. Reading for comprehension isn’t your strong suit. Ok!

Getting healthcare completely not tied to employment is the goal.

    Guns - nope loser issue

Abortion - nope loser issue (the more the better)

Immigration - no more unskilled labor, no asylum at all

Climate change - no one cares loser issue

I actually can get behind your list. Seriously. We're pretty close. I'm not wound up about unskilled labor; I think we still need it and giving everybody what they want makes things expensive. But, that said, it's an area on which I can compromise rather easily. I wouldn't die on the hill for it. I think we should always keep a skeptical eye on protectionist policy, because although it feels good in the short term, it's a long-term loser. The free market, with some modifiers on the edges, is the engine that built this thing. Not the pledge of allegiance. I'll defer to @UW_Doog_Bot on that last point and stand to be corrected.

    Go Canes.
I think the only reason people get riled up about certain issues is because the other side makes a big deal about it.

Like realistically was illegal immigration a huge partisan thing before Trump was mean? No.

I just worry that Obamacare fucked up any bipartisan agreement on healthcare. Which is a problem.
Was for me. Lived in so cal I've seen what those Fucking criminals can do!

    Wtf?
I think they've cut down on it. All men in Switzerland are required to spend 2 years in the military. Upon discharge they take their fully automatic rifles home with them along with ammunition. They also have to qualify every year until their old. I have seen and talked to many Swiss citizens at rifle ranges here qualify. They use Swiss K31 straight pull bolt actions since they can't have their issue rifles here. Pretty much every town has a rifle range. Shooting festivals are common and the government sells them practice ammo at cost. It has been that way a long time.

Odd they don't run around in the street shooting each other. Maybe there is something about that homogeneous society thing.

    You think?

Did you do any research for this shitpoast or just regurgitate something you read on Breitbart? Talking to "swiss citizens at rifle ranges". LOL.

Gun laws are very strict in Switzerland, just like everything else there. Highly regulated.

What is the actual word on that? I hear a bunch of garbage and haven't taken the time to look into it myself. Is it okay?

I think a decent median step might be to have a basic health insurance that covers routine stuff and like breaking an arm or whatever then have a supplemental for serious things like cancer or aids.
Again. Small population, homogeneous society. Benefits from big brothers economic engine. Not a great comparison. But they love to be smug and virtue signal
That and they all have machine guns at home. Armed societies are polite!
