There are populations of voters who are likely to vote Democrat and are less likely to have ID. I've never ever suggested that the GOP would advocate for voter ID laws if those same populations were more likely to vote GOP, so its not GOP racism. The GOP will accept a vote from anyone! And I've never suggested those populations are stupid.
