In all reality the corner fade route should be bread and butter for Eason and Puka. Brown socks and Ross were somewhat successful. Even Pettis got some of that action. If Eason is who we thought he was then this should be money play for Washington. -
The fade is a low percentage play even with high quality players. Use it to keep teams honest sure, but it shouldn’t be any kind of go to play.NeGgaPlEaSe said:

Petersen on Terrell Bynum:
“He did a nice job and made some tough catches. He has strong hands. He is a tough kid. We are going to keep rolling with him.”
Now that there is nothing to play for, I’m really hoping that we see a shot load of Nacua and Bynum and just all the young players he’s been unwilling to play to this point.
With this quote and Bush’s quote about Nacua last week, it seems like they’re admitting they have to play the youth
Which, by the fucking way, we had our best offensive day (the first 3 quarters, the 4th was fucking shit) as soon as we benched Fuller and Opera Singer and gave Bynum and Puka run. They had big catches, and even Chin had one. And it opened the run game.
Fucking weird how that happened, isn’t it, Pete you dumb fuck. -
Petersen is too goddamned stubborn... stubborn enough that sometimes he can't see the forest for the trees. That's been his downfall.
Makes one wonder how much better of a coach he could have been if he removed that 2x4 from his ass years ago. -
Did Osborne see the field Saturday? I thought he was ahead of Spiker.

Not sure, but I'm sure he would have been used on those wonderful wildcat plays.Rubberfist said:Did Osborne see the field Saturday? I thought he was ahead of Spiker.

No. He didn’t even really care to get in the huddles during time outs. That’s probably because he knows he’s not going to play unless there were injuries.Rubberfist said:Did Osborne see the field Saturday? I thought he was ahead of Spiker.
Spiker was involved in those times. Things change. -
This is frustrating part, why reward the senior for their poor play and completely discourage the young ones because they know nothing is going to happen for themRoadDawg55 said:
