Yep, difficult for freshman to make a huge impact, does not mean they can not make a meaningful positive impact. I was primarily referring to 2021 and 2022 for the Huskies.
But it is not unusual for highly recruited players to make positive significant contributions as sophomores or as a redshirt freshman (as opposed to true freshmen).
By the way, the Oklahoma Sooners have been playing all three of their true freshman 2019 wide receivers alot this season, Haselwood, Bridges and Wease (all three) tons and tons of playing time, even though they already had a strong receiver room. Those three true freshman are already making meaningful contributions.
Jesus. He is so good and looks huge out there. I know comparisons are overused, but he looks pretty Reggie Williams like to me.
Him and McMillan are just about the perfect pair. There are similarities and differences but the compliment each other. Both have plus speed and quickness to go with size. Fuckin love them both.

Leaves home in a burkha and arrives at the dinner date looking much different.
