I just did some quick 5 minute research on the free college thing. Most surveys and polls in the last two years seem to indicate about 2/3rds of Americans support it, so APAG is technically correct. But, nowhere in the surveys I found were any costs mentioned. I would be interested to see the results when the question is asked do you support free college, and your state and federal taxes will rise by XXX percentage to pay for it. I think the answers would be much different. Perhaps not.
I didn't bother to look at the laundry list of other shit because even though I am stupid I know that would bankrupt the country trying to pay for green deals, and free college and health care for all. Even soaking the rich at 70% wouldn't finance all of that shit. You'd have to raise taxes dramatically on the middle class and sort of rich as well, thereby negating most of the benefit. But hey, the really dirt poor would gets lots of free shit and keep voting for AOC. so there's that.

See, you can say Medicare For All would cost 32 trillion but our current system is going to cost over 34 trillion over the same time span. So when you say “how are you going to pay for it?” what you’re asking is how are we going to save the taxpayers more than 2 trillion dollars. I don't know about free college, but make it affordable again. Even 15 or 20 years ago it was affordable for most kids from a two parent middle class household. I think it was either free or extremely cheap for California schools in the 60s and 70s.
