Texas Tech paid 4 million to fire Kliff Kingsbury. Two months later he’s hired as an NFL head coach. They should be just as pissed as USC fans. I’d be calling for Kirby Houcutt’s job at this point if I was a Texas Tech fan.

So what. Temple made 4 million by hiring Manny Diaz and then letting Miami buy him out three weeks later. I’m just saying Texas Tech fumbled this too, an NFL team could’ve bought out that 4 million from Tech, and the AD should be answering questions.backthepack said:

Not to mention Kliff's an alum, I don't think he was ever going to look for another job until he was forced to, this is why nobody knew there was a market for him because he never flirted with the NFL because he was happy where he was.
