Watching the kewg bowl game and iowa state (fuckin iowa state) has a 6’6” stud WR.

Why does UW struggle so much to get guys like that?

    Ty Jones is 6’ 4”

Next year he’s gonna explode with Eason throwing to him. Screen shot this.

Get Kyle Ford and/or Puka Nacua, and Johnny Wilson nothing else matters

So all of our WRs will be giant long-armed gazelles? Cool.

At this point Ty Jones is Braydon Lenius, until he isn’t.

Irregardless of Browning’s “abilities” Jones has played like a pussy more than once or twice.

Getting beat out by pounds, Fuller, and bacellia is pretty embarrassing given his supposed unique size and talents... it’s not like he is sitting behind Ross and Pettis.

Hakeem Butler was a 2* WR where Iowa State was his only P5 offer. Not the best example as far as recruiting goes.

Doesn’t Pete pride himself on finding guys like this?

I'm sure you'd be upset if we signed a 2* WR.
Not if he was 6’6” and ran like that. We signed a modestly rankedinterior DL based on physical potential - Pa’ama.

He’s our second leading receiver. He’ll be fine.
2nd??? wtf are you talking about??

    Season:
    Fuller 51 catches
    Bacellia 43 catches
    Jones 28 catches

    Season:
    Fuller 794 yards
    Bacellia 475 yards
    Jones 469 yards

BUT, even with the absence of Bryant, Chico's talent getting Space Jammed, and Pounds dying on field his usage and production has remained flat during the season if not decreased...

30% of his yardage and 25% of his catches this season occurred in the first two games (Auburn and North Dakota).

In the last five games (Cal, Furd, OSU, WSU, Utah) he is averaging 1.25 catches and 15 yards a game.

Jones is very clearly the 4th or 5th option behind Baccellia, Fuller, Bryant, and Ahmed as a receiving option in the offense.

Even after those guys, there literally isn't another legitimate receiving option left on the team for Jones to even have to beat out...

Chico and Pounds (rip) are the only other WRs left... LOL

And then you have Gaskins, Sample, and Otton who Jones is barely beating out as a pass option in the offense.

    2nd... smh...

To all the retards who think ty suck FO, he is big body WR he is not going to get crazy separation. He will outbody the DB for a catch. One of his biggest limitations this year was the QB that was throwing to him. U have to give this kid opportunity to make the jump ball catch

How about we worry about our skill players having skill? So tired of hearing we need 6 foot 4 receivers and 6 foot 2 cornerbacks. It's just bullshit nonsense. I prefer receivers who can get open and cornerbacks who can turn around and find the ball. If they have size then consider it a bonus.

By 4 yards okay! He leads us in TD catches. He’s much better than Lenius ever was. Browning fucking sucks and can’t get him the ball downfield.
    goalposts

    Sark > Ty

and TD catches is a full retard way of measuring how good or effective a player is.

They are both tall guys that play like pussys that faggot doogs love to early hype up like they are smart because "You cant teach height"... Motherfuckers here were talking about Lenius being the leading WR every fucking year he was here, fucking summer and fall practice MVP every year...

The difference is that Lenius didnt get on the field because atleast he was getting beat out by Ross and Pettis...

Jones cant beat out Baccellia or Fuller... he could only beat out fucking Chico and Pounds lol

I realize im on the recruiting board so maybe I need to speak faggot tbs speak rather than the stats that show he is literally only beating out two cripples that died on the field in his position group that is already fucking THINN garbage.

Jones is a tall pussy that struggles to aggressively use his body or strength to his advantage, can't block on the edge at all, does not have great hands, does not run good crisp routes, and has limited straightline speed.

He is averaging 1.25 catches and 15 yards over the last 5 games! FUCK
