Two things I noticed

Pete went for it on 4th down with a 17-13 lead instead of the safe field goal and it paid off with an 11 point lead

Once they got a two score lead we saw a different defense and beat the shit out of Montez

This team does dumbshit stuff like fumbling out of the end zone to keep teams alive and our defense playing safe

If we ever get up on teams and let it rip this could be a pretty good D. Not great though

Every game an adventure. Pete has to get bold and stay bold.

Stanford should beat us rather easily and WSU looks like a better team than us.

That's more than two things so I will close with a shout out to my duck homies

Beat Washington. Nothing else matters

We should expect to beat both teams. Stanford has never played well in Seattle, it's also worth mentioning that they suck this year.

WSU was in the same spot last year and UW had nothing to play for. The venue has not mattered the last 6 years or however long it's been.

They aren't above losing to the both Stanford and Colorado as they haven't gone on the road yet.

Edit: ok, the formatting sucks but the computers know Stanford is a borderline top 25 team, wsu is on par with Stanford and, utah is the only team in the south with a pulse.

My worry with Stanford is that the defensive game plan will be "dont let Arcega Whiteside get behind you" soft coverage shit and the result will be easy 3rd and long completions for Stanford again

I liked the chippiness yesterday. Ahmeds throat slash and Myles Bryant talking shit to Montez. Finally some emotion.

I haven't gone back through the film to independently verify this (so fuck off), but it seems to me Chico is the one with all the fumbles*.

My only disappointment in that category is that Mustapha Johnson still has two good knees this morning after pointing at our Jake
