We could sweep the big Nevada kids next year. I remember Gee Scott shitting on the idea that Dave Rice was a great hire for Hopkins when I brought that up to him two years ago. Obviously know it’s a lot more just an anti-UW take than I did back then, but point remains.

Exactly! and he was able to bring in top 10 classes to UNLV... to fucking UNLV. like he’s a great recruiter and has connections in Nevada and LA. It’s a shame for how much talent there is here, nobody understands high school/college basketball in the Seattle sports media.backthepack said:

I want Strawther/Nix, Cotterill, and Marjon.
That’s my target list for next year too. I don’t know if we’re ever gonna offer Tari Eason, but he’d be my backup if you cant get Correrill or Strawther. -

I really want Nix he’s elite. A 6”5 PG.
Strawther/Cotterill, Nix, and Marjon I think will be our class in the best case scenario.
Nix, Cotterill, Butler, Marjon, and Strawther.
Pick 3 and that’s probably our 2020 class. -
Nix is a must. If we’re not taking an elite big man, we need an elite PG in a class. Every class needs at least one or the other (in a dream year both), and then fill the rest with high ceiling lanky, athletic swing guys. That’s the Syracuse and now UW formula.backthepack said:Tari Eason is good.

Gee Scott is a fucking idiot. He was a door to door salesman turned car wash attendant who happened to wash a few seahawks cars and they got him a job in radio.
