No bleeding heart liberal ever said, "that black son of a bitch Carson ought to get back to the democrat plantation."
Yes, they did -
Creep - you say its just politics when its a conservative getting it and its racism when its a lib
Doesn't compute. You're wrong and I'm right -

You assume I'm being political. I'm not. I'm telling you that it's not racist. It could wrong, stupid, mis-informed, right, thoughtful, spot-on, etc. etc.
Black people can vote for Trump. IDRGAF. But if another person takes them to task for it, they're not being racist.
TI just took Kanye to task for it in an interview. They argued about it in-person. TI was not being racist ... at ... all.
As for the substance of your post, I simply cannot find another way to explain it to you. You think I'm being political, but what I'm doing, instead, is as Race put it, being semantical.
I acknowledged that I get where you guys are going with this, which leads us to the very original point in the other thread: people use terms and categorical claims for their own benefit all the time. Conservatives hate, HATE, the over-use of the concept of racism to explain everything. I just find it a bit ironical that they use it to defend Allen West when a black guy tells West he's a fuck up.
Political? Yes. Racist? No. TI wasn't being racist with Kanye; and Kanye wasn't being racist with Bush.
What funny as all hell is that we just spent 8 years under Obama where any criticism no matter how slight did get that person labeled as a racist. "Chicago" "Golf" hell, accurately calling Obama a liar, all would get you branded as a racist by leftists.

The first one, O'Donnell is lame and he was questioning whether there was racial undertones in a future speech. I don't agree with his thought process but I wouldn't say he was screaming racist either.
The second article is a good article discussing whether there is basis behind racist comments. I do agree that a lot of comments about Obama were racially charged. You have to be a fucktard to think not one person made a racist comment about Obama. That article goes through that process.
Sure, if it had been Allen West or Ben Carson, it would have been much less controversial; but the fact that red neck America goes right for the racial jugular in responding to a liberal black president is all you need to know - it's still there, like it or not.
And, no, it wasn't like with Trump. People make fun of Trump's hair, ass, tanning cream and verbal skills. And not infrequently, the content of what he says. That's an equal opportunity thing, especially the hair, which is just asking for it. It gets more ridiculous by the day. Grow some balls and shave it already Donnie. Jimminy, everyone knows you're bald. Who cares?
All that is different than memes portraying Michelle as a monkey/ape with a banana, and effigies of Obama being lynched. They also seem to like to use his middle name to make some kind of point as well, though I think that, along with the birther stuff, is more about Islamophobia, which in my estimation is different than racism.
We already saw how the left and the mainstream media savaged Carson just for running and for being a part of team Trump
This idea that only conservatives have an issue with a Black president is fucking stupid. There would be a meltdown of epic proportions with a conservative Black president and it would be racist as fuck
And you know it
90% is the magic number. Dems go under that with the Black vote and they can't win a national election

And there was plenty of racist shit thrown at Carson using the criticism of Obama was racist standard
I like how folks just throw out this alleged seething cauldron of rednecks who hated the idea of a Black president
We also already showed how whitey got Obama elected twice
I don't recall many liberals doing racist shit to make their point about Carson.
I do recall many people (I'll play agnostic about their politics) throwing overtly racist shit at Obama.
Look, we can agree that Obama was a terrible president and conclude that he dealt with a lot of racism, because he did.
There was a seething cauldron of rednecks who hated a black president. There just was. I don't have a head count, but I know what I saw and read. Scoring it from a distance with as much information as you have, I'd guess it was fringe +.
Clearly and thankfully, not the mainstream.
You're conflating politics with racism too tightly. No bleeding heart liberal ever said, "that black son of a bitch Carson ought to get back to the cotton farm." Come on, you know that. -
Yep, and unlike with liberal blacks, open expression of racism when it's directed at Conservative blacks is given far more tolerance by the left. Liberals are perfectly fine with people who call Clarence Thomas an Uncle Tom and House N*gger.RaceBannon said:

Yes, the left savaged Carson, but they didn't hang his effigy to look like a lynching or meme him to look like a monkey. I didn't and wouldn't say that 'conservatives' took issue with Obama did so for racist reasons.
With that settled, what I am saying is that Obama's ascension to the presidency didn't sit well with many white rednecks and other people who still have underlying issues with race. You've gone on record as acknowledging that there's still a lot of racism in the country, so this shouldn't surprise anyone.
Anticipating that you'll say that those people represent the fringe, I might agree with you but add that it's a little more than the fringe crazies we all saw in Charlotte.
But, no, I don't think that represents the conservatives in the main.

Technically that's not a meme. And Race has done it again!!!!SFGbob said:
I think there was all of one instance where someone made an effigy of Obama and made to look like a lynching. And you're right, making a meme where you make a President look like a monkey is way over the line.creepycoug said:

There you go. See you can provide links to back up your assertion.SFGbob said:
No problem Hondo, unlike you I'm not a Kunt. I was just trying to establish the depths of your ignorance first.2001400ex said:
Support your claim. Give examples of people being called racist when just disagreeing with Obama and not saying racist shit.SFGbob said:
It's shocking what an ignorant dumbfuck you are Hondo. I would guess that when Obama was in office his dick never left Hondo's mouth. So you're claiming that you're unaware of anyone being called a racist simply for criticizing Obama. That's you're claim, right Hondo?2001400ex said:
People who say racist shit get labeled racist. Give an example of someone criticizing Obama and being called a racist without making a racist comment. You made the claim, now back it up.SFGbob said:
Why do you continue with this pathetic strawman ass fuck Coug? No one is claiming simply calling Allen West a "fuck up" should get you label as a racist. You've been disabused of this bullshit claim of yours at least half a dozen times now and yet here we are again witnessing you mounting the strawman for one more round.creepycoug said:
No more invested than you are at dodging the very same point. Don't bring that shit. A conservative could take a shit on your mom's head and a democrat could come help her clean it up, and you'd find a way to blame the Rats.SFGbob said:
If they "take them to task for it" because they believe that to be an authentic and "real" black person you have to vote for Rats, then yes it is racist and you're heavily invested in dodging that point Coug.creepycoug said:
