I'm less concerned about how shitty her memory was 35 years ago than how shitty her memory is of the events of the last 3 months.

Doesn't know who is paying her attorneys.
Doesn't know who paid for her polygraph.
Can't remember when her polygraph occurred.
Can't remember if her polygraph was recorded.
Can't remember what she was asked for the polygraph.
Can't remember who she provided her therapy notes to.
Can't remember how she contacted the Washington Post.

She'd struggle to remember what she had for breakfast this morning if you asked her. Swaye is more credible than this chick.

I'm less concerned about her memory. And more concerned about Kavanaugh's lies.

It's funny watching y'all pressing so hard to bash her while you miss the real issue.
    And what is that?
What I just said.... Did you not read it? His lies.....
You mean the shit about "Devil's Triangle" being a drinking game and dancing around the Renate Alumnae stuff?

Hell, no that doesn't bother me. Are you fucking kidding? That whole line of questioning was fucking stupid.

If you can't see the difference between his responses to juvenile/college behavior and her accusation of perhaps the 2nd most serious crime after murder, there's not fucking much I can do for you.

Again - why the left hates winning. They ride the moral equivalence horse to the extreme.

Kav would have been better taking the stance of 'yeah - I partied like the vast majority of high school and college students' as the esteemed @dflea pointed out. But is that a deal-killer? Hell no.

They'd have been far better to go after his involvement with Kenneth Starr's investigation and picked up some slick Willie support for those who thought that was a witchhunt too.

@dflea has it right. If Kavanaugh just shut his mouth, didn't provide the calendar, said he drank when he was younger. All this would be over.

But I do like how you hold Kavanaugh to a different standard than liberals.... I'm sure you said the same about Franken, right?

Franken was in his 50’s or 60’s when he was taking boob pics. Well past his should know better cutoff date. Senators past middle age shouldn’t do that shit. And fuck Franken for resigning. He helped fuel this #metoo shit by giving it all up on a relatively minor offense. That set the expectation bar way too high. A sincere I-fucked-up would have sufficed. It’s not like he dicked Tweeden. He hovered his hands.

Try again with another moral equivalence mismatch.

Hint: I fucking gave it to you with the Ken Starr angle.

Well I was giving an example of something in the last few years. Bitching about what conservatives did 20 years ago with Clinton is like when sledog says liberals were for slavery and shit. Hell even Race was a liberal in the 1860s.

That being said. Both sides say whatever they can to justify their side and both are hypocrites in that.

Just like conservatives spent years calling Obama a liar. But are ok with Trump lying on the daily and with Kavanaugh lying. And spent years railing on how much Obama spent but are ok with the increasing deficit under Trump.

If you are making a 35 year old allegation, at least have corroborating evidence.

He said he never blacked out or had no memory of events. I never have but I don't mainline heroine like you guys. If he said yes that would have been the new proof he did it and he couldn't remember. HTH

The 35 years was a feature.

This way they can say oh well how can you expect her to remember these things after 35 years?!

    Duh!

Hard to beat that idiotic logic. But it works when you hate Trump and believe all men are rapists.

She had a great memory for a number of things and no memory on anything that could be corroborated. The fact that she couldn't even remember when it happened and her timeline for this "attack" kept moving around tells me the entire thing was bullshit. I get not being able to recall the exact date but given her past statements she didn't even know the exact year and only settled on 1982 after she had gotten together with her Rat party backing attorneys.

There's a simple explanation for all of this: Ford drank a lot more than "one beer."

She says she was pushed. Odds are she was tricked. Doesn't matter.

No DC area HS girl goes to a summer house party after hanging out at the country club all day and drinks only one beer. Bullshit.

I don't believe her because I know how tuff women are. I know of no women who would be so affected by such a minor incident. I would rate her testimony a WTF if it wasn't for broken infrastructure preventing me from doing so.

    THIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSS!
    TUFF!!!!

    Girl TUFF!!!
How much shitty Legal advice has Blasey-Ford been given?
"Say you're afraid of flying." Lie.
"Say you only drank one beer" (Because more than one affects memory in a young girl). Horseshit.
"Say your second front door was a claustrophobia antidote" (When it was to a leased office or AirBNB space). Total Diaper Gravy.

Blasey-Ford's worst adversary is her unbelievable, melodramatic, embellishing, falsely-attributing self.
    I'd hit it.

Just like I gave Hondo the bait, the Democrats didn't seize on that obvious opening. Instead they ran the same weakass bubble screen over and over and over again when they should have been running the rock straight up the middle.

NOGAF about college shenanigans. People GAF about what the record was when given positions of authority and responsibility.
