The fact that anyone who died in a car crash or by falling off a roof was counted as someone who died because of the hurricane shows how fucking bogus the methodology was in coming up with that number. They didn't use death certificates to come up with that number they used estimates and interviews with families. If someone had a relative that died and they said the death was on account of the hurricane they counted it.insinceredawg said:

Some one who is shot in a mass shooting and dies and week later is obviously a victim of that shooting. Some who falls off their roof or dies in a car crash month after the hurricane isn't a victim of the hurricane.
Far from being blind or delusional it's a basic test of integrity and you of course have failed.
I'm not going to put in the time and effort to respond to you because you can't even acknowledge that people died as a result of the hurricane. When you are that detached from reality it's just a waste of time to attempt to engage.
So you could have had a situation where a family who's house was destroyed moved in with a relative and the brother in-law was caught fucking the other guy's wife and he killed him and if the family said that the death was because of the hurricane they counted it. -
