Probably this. Shredding your knee then having a serious back issue is terrible when you are that size. Would not be surprised if he hung up the cleats.

I think most here would have guessed that Roberts and Bain were our backups before it was announced that Hilbers had the job. Maybe they actually suck, but as far as 3rd and 4th string left tackles go, I think we're doing well with what we have.

Sucks to lose a big man, hope he bounces back, whether it is for Washington next season or in the NFL. Never like to see a kid get hurt ... that being said if a few of your guys has ouchies or bruises to hold them out this Saturday, I'd probably be ok with it.

Not actually that big of a deal with how well Hilbers played, I hate to say that as a big fan of Trey.

Hopefully he can get healthy, then Hilbers can slide to RT next year when McGary gets drafted.

McGary is so inconsistent. That play Browning fumbled on was ridiculous. @GrundleStiltzkin

Option much? Block or load down, leave last man on LOS to option. Looked at that many tims. Unless they're doing something drastically different, McGary did was he was supposed to.
