I know this is a hyper complicated model, but it isn't actually describing a correlational model. I can see where you'd get confused.
Just to replace the terms for you:
Independent Variable = Recruiting Success
Moderator = Coaching
Dependent Variable = Winning -
If we compare football talent to musical selection, the answer is obvious. Styx sucks and was out in the first round. My Zeppelin won the whole fucking thing. Ergo ipso facto dennis is fucking stupid and I am right.
