Memphis Dry Rub Ribs (DNC will let you put some sauce on if you want)

23rd and Cherry. Not sure if its still there but the best in Seattle

Used to eat R&L BBQ on Yessler a lot. A former co-work who has black told me I needed to go there. It's good.

I'm the only person who loves brisket. It's official, this place sucks and you're all fags.

    We agree on something.

I'm a lying fuck that hasn't eaten at Arby's since I was a teenager and got sick from it. I just HOPED for some sort of acceptable response there.

Arby’s 5 for $5 got me through college until it didn’t. I could eat for $10 a week.

Dizzypig, Texas Rib Rangers, and Big Bob Gibson all make rubs that need no sauce, if prepared properly. Did a Spanish style rub a few weeks ago with smoked paprika and red wine vinegar that impressed partygoers, gotta try that one again with a few minor tweaks

Brought together by the power of meat. That did not come out right.

I just noticed @Doog_de_Jour is a brisket lover as well. I really think we are fated to have an incredibly unsatisfying relationship for her.

Brisket is awesome, but I can make it at home. Kahlua pork is amazing and not something I'll ever make at home, hence the vote.

So my bitch face ex wife was part Greek and some of her big fat Greek relatives used to do a lamb on a spit. Amazing meat. Sometimes I will do a leg of lamb (bone-in of course) on my Webber kettle with indirect heat. Takes a couple of hours or more so definitely counts as BBQ.

I've discovered a love for tri tip lately. I EATIG TIR TPI!!!!!!!!!!1

Tri tip is amazing and perhaps the best mass feed cut of beef out there. I'm torn though on whether it's BBQ or grilling. I indirect cook mine over charcoal till medium rare, but still takes less than 60 mins which feel more like grilling than BBQ.

I live in a BBQ capital and I used to live in Dallas which is kind of an oasis of bullshit BBQ in an otherwise serious BBQ state...

Any good BBQ is great. Except for spit roasted lamb. Jesus fucking Christ. Take that shit to the '2300 BC' bored.

Fuck off with this shit. Liking spit roasted lamb is a selected for trait. Our ancestors weren't a bunch of cattle ranchers...only rich fucks back in ancient times ate beef, except on special occasions.

The one time when abundance is easily the correct answer.

However, I would like to add smoked chicken wings into the mix. I prefer dry rub smoked wings. A mixture of Ranch and Buffalo sauce is a must. If there is sauce smoked with it needs to be korean style. Also, if you eat boneless wings GTFO, because in-bone wings is the only way to go.

There is no such thing as boneless wings.
