Yes. Brisket done right is awesome. However, we can all agree it's a lot harder to get brisket right that ribs or pork shoulders. You just don't have as much margin for error with briskets.BleachedAnusDawg said:

It's cheaper to drink at home, and I've nevar had to go 3000 miles to get laid, condlolences. Maui is family-friendly. I have a family. Had Mama's ribs two nights ago. They know how to slow cook pork for tenderness, but they overdo it with the cheap sauce
