For what its worth, last week Biggins removed DJ's CB to USC and CB'd Bryce Young to USC. So maybe he's not going to USC, but its not like he's coming here

Kids from Bosco, same school as McGrew and Bynum, so we’ve had some success there and presumably have decent relationships with their coaches.

I'm not following closely enough to know what year Huard is, but I do know that if a local kid is 5* then he automatically hates us, so this is a good strategy to deal with Huard going to Stanford and USC.
