Old man rant: Football has gotten too clean. No more mud, raggedy jerseys, blood, swearing, dudes playing with a cast. It's getting more & more antiseptic and I don't like that.

The flopping around shoulder pads fad seems to have become passe somewhat. I liked the old days with huge shoulder pads and horseshoe neck pads.

Yes, there is some sarcasm here, but I agree that this is exactly what should happen. College Football is not the NFL and we shouldn't worry about trying to have a Super Bowl champ.
