I never said he was. People continue to instigate an argument about dumb shit.MikeDamone said:He’s not grayshirting. He will enroll on time and be with on the team in a year. JFC people. A small ACL tear isn’t a big deal. According to the paper he did it a month ago and has been walking around with it for a few weeks.

There's nothing to be wrong about. I never said he is going to be gray shirted. I made simple suggestion. You don't agree? Cool, ignore it and move on. Don't start some retarded argument about it like it's a big fucking deal. How did 12 month recoveries from ACL tears work out for Quenten Pounds and Deontae Cooper? I'm not a doctor, but maybe an extra 6 months to heal before starting his eligibility clock would be beneficial to his college career? Maybe his chances of tearing it again would be lessened? I don't know. It was a suggestion for his sake and for the talent acquisition of this class in which we may not have enough roster attrition to have a scholarship available for a must take guy, therefore, gray shirting an injured commit could be a possibility in order to fit that must take guy into the class. But again, I have no idea if it will happen or not or if it's even a possibility and neither do you.GreenRiverGatorz said:
If Damone has to come in and correct the record on a recruiting issue, you know you're Ballz wrong.MikeDamone said:He’s not grayshirting. He will enroll on time and be with on the team in a year. Agree that it’s not a big deal. People can walk with an ACL tear. It’s the surgery that fucks you up and keeps a person from walking.MikeDamone said:He’s not grayshirting. So now we are bashing cum stained sweatpants?

I'd be much more open to the "kid can fuck off and gray shirt" line of thinking if he was from Colorado, or Idaho or some shit. But this kid is local, and by all accounts a good kid. With all of the weird issues we have had lately with local recruiting narratives, fucking around with a good local kid who shits purple and pisses gold seems unwise to me. By unwise I mean dumb as fuck.
-
You guys are all missing the biggest point here of all - you don’t push Sawyer (or anyone else) to 2021 because 2021 is poised to be our best and deepest class ever. The last thing we need to be doing is borrowing scholarships from that class.
-
I’m hearing he shits purple, pisses gold, and cums black!Swaye said:I'd be much more open to the "kid can fuck off and gray shirt" line of thinking if he was from Colorado, or Idaho or some shit. Stoopid fucktards! He coming in 2020, plus a redshirt. Fuck he'll be ready 2021

ACL is a 9 month injury these days

I got a solution guys. Maybe we send him on Mormon mission that saves all the trouble

He’s good too. He’s a legitimate PAC 12 recruit that other schools want. He’s not a bum and if his name was Jamal Jenkins these fucks wouldn’t say this shit.dnc said:You guys are all missing the biggest point here of all - you don’t push Sawyer (or anyone else) to 2021 because 2021 is poised to be our best and deepest class ever. Meh, the total scholarship limit will always be a lower cap under Pete than the initial counter limit.dnc said:You guys are all missing the biggest point here of all - you don’t push Sawyer (or anyone else) to 2021 because 2021 is poised to be our best and deepest class ever. There's literally just one fuck that has argued for greyshirting. But he posts with the fury of 20 idiots, so I can see why you think there's multiple people arguing it.RoadDawg55 said:

DDY brought up the greyshirt idea on his Twitter. Could SAC and DDY be one and the same????
HOE. LEE. SHIT. -
We've got so much illness going round here it wouldn't surprise me ...

DDY should get fucked like SACBeerThirty said:DDY brought up the greyshirt idea on his Twitter. Could SAC and DDY be one and the same????

Exactly, pushing SR to 2021 to get somebody else in 2020 means there is one less scholly available in 2021.FremontTroll said:

I have actually pondered this since day one of Ballzageddon.BeerThirty said:DDY brought up the greyshirt idea on his Twitter. Could SAC and DDY be one and the same????

Not really because the total scholarship cap is squishier than the initial counter cap.dnc said:

You can go over and figure it out in spring/summer.
My point was we are probably never signing 28 in a single year under CP so we really don’t need to play these games.
