Oregon is now in the top 5 of all programs in terms of assistant salaries, behind Alabama, LSU, Clemson and Michigan.
Oregon assistant pool (excluding HC):
2012: $2.76 million
2014: $3.27 million
2016: $3.59 million
2018: $5.35 million (with 10th assistant added)

At least they get two years straight of the new coach year 1 offseason optimism party. A true rarity.
And then they Beliotti out with a 2-5 finish and the fingers will start to point again.
But the best news is that noone will want to pilfer your coach this year. So.... CONTINUITY and ONE MORE YEAR in the system!!!!
So Oregon will have a new QB coach in 2020, no doubt.
