In some ways, this is just another nail into the Romar legacy to me.

EVERYBODY knows that Arizona has been doing this for years ... and it's not like Miller was particularly good at hiding it. Yet, where does Romar immediately go after getting fired at UW? Heads to Tucson as part of one of the dirtiest programs in America.

The narrative that Romar ran a clean, above reproach program is just a giant fallacy at this point. Way too much smoke in play here.

Loadsock was very suspicious of the 7-1 Bahaman who signed. I barely follow college basketball outside of the Huskies at all anymore, but it makes sense now. If enough rocks are turned over, a pattern of this will be shown.

It goes back to Loot, who left 11 years ago now. He will probably skate given the amount of time and possible statute of limitations, his age etc., but all the idiotic U of A fags can't spin this one. Cry me a river.

Don't blame Romar for trying keep the facade of a clean program and going "dirty" to win. I blame him for sucking at it.

There's nothing dirty about paying the top players to play for you, especially when the NCAA and schools are in it for the profit. Everybody know they ain't there for school, or even there by choice.

Who the fuck supervises these operations? Sports are big business, like retardedly huge business and $100k was the smoking gun?

Cam Newton made more than that and it was public knowledge. Everyone reported that Miss State and another school offered him $180k and Auburn won the sweepstakes by building his dad a new church.

What a garbage agency. This is college basketball so it doesn't matter. Of course Arizona is paying players. You ever been to Tucson? Super hero black kids are dying to go to Storrs, CT and Syracuse, NY too right? They are lining up to live on Tobacco Road.

But the stand up, clean, and non cheating romar has found himself in a perfect position to take over a program from miller. While i would love to revel in zona's potential shittyness under his reign, I'm not excited about what it means for pac12 competition. The pac12 needs strong teams and now zona has been romared
