That was sort of my point. Football has got to eat up a ton of time, and engineering/STEM majors are super demanding. Like I said, props to him if he can swing it, but D1 players majoring in engineering has got to be like < 1%.backthepack said:

I know someone who did. They had trouble getting jobs out of college because they had no real experience ie. internships because football ate up so much of their time.biak1 said:

D1 playing football in STEM? Yes, that is an aberration. A large percentage believe they will go to the NFL instead of the realities of managing an Enterprise rental car lot. Many other D1 athletes are STEM students, however.biak1 said:
