I think seeing USC making posts referencing UW in any way is a good fucking sign. UW is definitely getting under their skin this year. This is what happens when you start pulling in chicks like the new kid in school. USC is like the starting Senior QB who has been getting by on talent alone and looks back and sees a nearly as talented sophomore who grew 3 inches over the summer and has been hitting the playbook and gym like a mofo.
I take issue with the notion that Jimbo couldn't win at Florida State. He won a fucking national championship. 100% of you would take a mirror of his record for Pete here at UW. If not then you're dumb.
10-4 W Chick Fil A 9-4 W Champs Sports 12-2 W Orange 14-0 W NATTY 13-1 L Rose 10-3 L Peach 10-3 W Orange 5-6

Yes and it isn't close. The A-10 is a fucking beast. You know though, for low level bombing the A-6 was tits.
I never got to see an A6 up close (as close as you get being on the ground side of things) but the A10 was incredible. They took off from Kandahar and did a test fire every night of the 30mm. You saw the tracers before you heard the gun.
Jimbo sucks. Jimbo took a brand new Rolls and forgot to put oil in it, wash it or garage it.
His coaching effect always sucked and the only great year he had was with Jameis.
HE WENT 5-6 WITH TOP 10 TALENT!!!
Who is to blame for that? You think Saban is likely to go 5-6 or 8-4 any time soon? lulz
He ceded control of the ACC to Clemson and his teams played with no skill. He's a 'roll the ball out' coach .
Fisher is a fraud.
Agreed. 10-3 at FSU with all that talent. Fucking ridiculous.
That league is worse than the Pac-12. It's total garbage.
He has one team to beat and he destroys it in recruiting EVERY YEAR. He got BLOWN OUT by Louisville. BLOWN OUT.
He took a plunger at Louisville when they were talking about a Natty.
Imagine this for a second:
UW has had 7 straight top 10 classes, Heisman winner and Natty recently, destroying everyone in the Pac-12 and we are the only blue blood around.
YEAR OF THE NATTY... we go on the road to Zona who has Khalil Tate and we lose by 30.
You think that's a great coach?
Or does that sound like Clay Helton?
He may not be a great coach. I actually don't disagree with that. But his road has been just a little more challenging than getting by Clemson. Louisville, which you mention, has had teams in the recent past that would be very successful in the Pac.
It's always easy to do a flyover analysis of a conference based on name-recognition. The SEC isn't always nails top to bottom either.
But I agree; Fisher is a good, but not great, coach. That's true. It is also true that this bunch would take what he delivered there with zero complaints. Those two things are not mutually exclusive anyway.
When you look at Fisher in this way, you understand by TA&M made sense. More $$, and more time making it before everyone realizes he's not in Saban's zip code.
USC isn't Texas. They can't do shit. If they actually had any sway, the NCAA wouldn't have bent them over the barrel like they did with the Reggie Bush non-story.
PS you fucking moron: they fucked us through the CONFERENCE last time.
Are you fucking 14 years old or something?
And Reggie wasn't exactly a non-story. Compare and contrast the Camaro scandal with what was going on with Reggie at SC. Wasn't Mike Williams also implicated ... it's been too long now and I never really gave a shit.

Overrated and not worth 1/2 of what aTm paid for him? Yes.
But "not a winner" is a bit disingenuous as he won a natty in year 4. I mean cmon.
This is fair. He isn’t a very good coach, but he isn’t so bad that he can prevent a Heisman QB and a team full of top tier Florida talent from winning a title.
While we're on the topic of USC being pissed off, I went and looked at their recruiting rankings on 24/7 (Hi @puppylove_sugarsteel!). Their lowest national ranking going back to 2010 was 13. I'm too lazy to look up their final AP/BCS/CFP ranking for each year but if you're a USC fan who is pissed off, that's the place to look.

He is a slightly better Mack Brown, basically.
Don't be hating on Joey Freshwater though.
Also, water is wet.
