“Beverly, he signed your yearbook,” Llamas stated.

“He did sign it,” Nelson affirmed.

“And you made some notes underneath,” he continued.

“Yes,” she said.

In response, Fox News ran a headline Friday stating: “Roy Moore accuser admits she forged part of yearbook inscription attributed to Alabama Senate candidate,” according to the Internet Archive, which preserves websites. The Fox headline echoed alt-right websites The Gateway Pundit and Breitbart, which ran with “Gloria Allred Accuser **ADMITS** She Tampered With Roy Moore’s Yearbook ‘Signature’” and “Roy Moore Accuser Beverly Nelson Admits She Forged Yearbook,” respectively.

Moore shared a tweet from Fox containing the misleading headline; however, while Fox has since deleted its tweet, Moore has not deleted his. President Trump also seized on the yearbook comments to attack Nelson at a Florida rally.

Fox’s headline has now been updated to “Roy Moore accuser admits she wrote part of yearbook inscription attributed to Alabama Senate candidate,” although the URL of the story still contains the previous language.

References to forgery in the original story were also removed, and a note was added to the bottom for clarification.

An update to this story reflects that Beverly Young Nelson admits writing what ABC News characterized as “notes” beneath what she says is Roy Moore’s signature, and that the only notes below the signature are the date and location.

Furthermore, the headline on story now specifies that Nelson admits to writing part of the inscription herself, rather than forging part of it.

Allred said Friday that a handwriting expert had verified the signature and inscription in Nelson’s yearbook belonged to Moore.

Yes, we know. Forgery. I'm good with letting the Alabama attorney general cleaning this up after the election.

Read for comprehension. The signature is authentic.

"He wrote in my yearbook as follows," Nelson said. " 'To a sweeter and more beautiful girl I could not say Merry Christmas. Christmas 1977. Love Roy Moore, Olde Hickory House.' And he signed it 'Roy Moore D.A.' "

"Moore D. A." is part of the signature, and she's now admitting she forged it.

Who knows on the rest, but this particular lady is both nuts and lying...her entire story is pretty much fraudulent. The more she's paraded out as the evidence against Moore the more it helps him.

She didn't forge the signature. And that was determined to be authentic.

How does it feel to be a pedophile apologist? I expect doogie and sledog to support pedophiles. I didn't expect that from you.

And you still don't understand basic facts while supporting a pedophile.

She just admitted to forging at least the last half of it, changing her story from a couple weeks ago.

Everything about her story stinks...the timing (who signs a yearbook at Christmas?), the two different inks, the changing story, the lies about the diner she was working at, the lies about her story (she said her contact with him drove her into a dark place, but she first met him because she was already in court for being messed up), Gloria Allred, etc.

If this is the best people have on him he's probably innocent...if its not they better start focusing on those claims because this lady is a fraud, and the more she is put out front and center as the proof of him the more it helps him. I have no clue...I haven't read up on the rest and I'm not voting there, but a cursory view of her specific story shows its a joke.

In the meantime HondoFS, you might want to spend equal time calling for the head of the current proven pedophile actually serving in the Senate right now...but you won't do that because he's on the wrong side of the isle for you.

    Pedophile apologist.

They have as much on him as they did on Franken. He was barred from a mall for chasing kids.

That being said, yes she's FS for adding stuff to the yearbook. And yes the yearbook isn't that big of a deal in and of itself. He's still a known pedophile. And it still support a known pedophile.

PS. When he was asked about it, he said he had the permission of all their parents. He admitted it loud and clear right there.

No, not really. Moore's mouth has implicated him just fine. The interview with Hannity pretty much put it to rest. I admire your spunk though.

Is anyone surprised or shocked somebody came back from Vietnam followed by law school to some tiny town in Alabama in the 1970s to find the only single girls under 300 lbs were probably 1/3 of the graduating seniors that weren't already married?

As for the rest I have no clue...only thing I know is that this specific lady is crazy and her story has fallen apart. Putting her up as a reason against Moore only helps him. I can make a pretty good guess that whoever the WP reporter is that started this is a political nutjob too.

As for Moore...he's anything but the best and the brightest, but that can be said of his opponent and definitely can be said of his future coworkers, which include a fake Indian, a socialist that use to write about rape fantasies, and an actual pedophile that you keep ignoring in your campaign to cure the world of evils.

    HondoFS...Pedophile apologist.

    Komo4?

And yes you would still rather vote for a pedophile than a prosecutor that put pedophiles in jail.

Nice work. You seriously can't say "dude doesn't belong in Congress" can you? All because the R.

Or, perhaps there's still this concept of 'innocent until proven guilty' and 'due process'.

There's a very strong likelihood that something happened that involved Moore and a minor. But no charges, 40 years passing, etc. That's reasonable doubt in a courtroom.

Unproven allegations are as old in politics as @RaceBannon . If every accusation automatically caused a candidate to step aside, well...Slick Willy. This is not much different.

LIFPO is the correct answer here. If he's ultimately convicted of a criminal act, the Senate has the ability to censure him and either force him to resign or the Alabamans who cast their vote for Moore can recall him.

But Franken doesn't need to be convicted of a criminal act? The more you talk, the more of a Republican shill you look. And a pedophile apologist.
