They isolated it and discovered it came from site work performed Wednesday. It allows admins to quote but nobody else. They don't know how to correct it so they created a work ticket for the daytime crew to fix it.

I don't understand the terminology, but they have set up a "patch" and things should be okay within a half hour or so. If problems persist after that, I've been advised we are to clear our caches.
