Schiano could bring some rhythmic slapping to the porking lots.

Fuck off. I'll stop being a UO fan if that loser ever comes to Eugene.
2 ass beatings in a row from UW already had you jumping off the wagon, dick face.

FSU wants Taggart. Florida wanted him. Ole Miss wanted him. None of these schools want Pete. Speaks volumes as to who is generally thought of as the better coach. Not the narrative doogs want to hear.

    Chin

USC wanted Pete as did UW

    Nuff said on that

Or they know hiring a black male wins points with the academics and the university presidents who want to look all progressive and shit.

See also Black Sark getting offers immediately after being fired.

Tags is attainable for those schools. Pete is not.
That’s really only because he has a son who’s not in a good way though. Same reason he was never going to leave Boise except for another NW school.

Are you all under the impression he’s impossible to get because he loves going to Texas every December?

Fuck your dumb. Texas offered Petersen the job last year. SC offered Petersen after Sark. Florida, Florida State, A&M, and Tennessee would all take Petersen over Taggart in a heart beat. Everybody with a respectable job opening is calling Petersen dumb ass. They wouldn't be doing their job if they didn't. It doesn't get out to the national media because he says no quickly every time before the rumors start flying.
THIS is the kind of inside scoop I get from Ballzdeap that I appreciate not having to pay for.

Sorry Derek. And fix the quote thingy!!! Now!!!

Lol you just keep fucking going and don't know WTF you're talking about. Petersen is untouchable. Said no to USC. Said no to Texas. Said no to Florida. Most programs in the nation would fire their head coach right now if Petersen told them he wanted their job. He's found his last job. He's the next Don James except maybe better. Will retire a Husky.

Correct. He said no to all of those jobs because he didn’t want to leave the area. It’s been well documented.

He would have gone to Oregon had they even called him. He’s said as much.

    They didn’t call.

@MikeSeaver Wrong. After Chip, Oregon called Petersen to interview for the job. Petersen didn't even give them an interview. Oregon was never an option because his recruiting philosophy required him to be at a high academic school after Boise. Stanford, USC, and UW were his only potential options and UW was his choice and the perfect fit. Your former head coach Mike Bellotti said Petersen told him Washington was his dream job back in the 90's. Really you don't know shit and you definitely don't know more about our coach than I do bitch. He's not forced to stay here because of his son's health. His son has been fully healthy for years now and is a student at UW.

    Nope. Oregon never called.

You and race bannon should team up and read the internet someday.

    It’s amazing.

Mark the Weasel Few said no to Oregon - and he's a fucking alum. It's not like it's some hallowed ground of coaching like Bama in football or Kentucky in basketball.

They pay a shitload of money. It's still fucking Oregon. Either a guy can coach it or not. Helfrich couldn't. Jury is out on whether Taggart can.

Now that virtually every school in the conference has caught up in terms of facilities and god awful uniforms, it's still just fucking Oregon with armpit hair and body odor everywhere - and they can't even play the 'we have better weed' card any more because you can go into virtually every strip mall in WA and Cali and buy some dank shit.

    Now PUMP MY GAS, DUCK!

Everyone wants to coach Washington tho. That’s why you ended up with Seven followed up with a local guy.

Nobody is claiming Oregon is a dream job on here. I know it it’s not, AZ does et al.

And we still kicked the fuck out of UW for like 25 years save a season here and there.

You’re all claiming Washington is some sort of college football Mecca. It’s fucking hilarious.

Agree with all of this except Oregon paying a lot. Mullens is a cheap ass when it comes to coaches. Spends 100s of millions on facilities, but won't pay the coaches.

    I’m just enjoying the fire.

5 reasons may be a bit more subtle but it’s the same result.

Oregon stuck with Helfrich, didn’t call Peterson and we got an Alamo bowl, conf championship and a rose bowl win out of it.

How about you PM me once Big Chris ties Helfrich.

Completely false and written by an Oregon alumni. Jude got trashed for it. Petersen was never interested in the Oregon job and his "source" is and was wrong. Doesn't fit Petersen's philosophy at all. But if you're argument is Petersen was interested but Oregon brass massively fucked up by not going after him then either way Oregon has egg on their face. But hey guess what? We got him. You don't. And now you're about to lose your second head coach since Petersen took the UW job. Suck it bitch. Enjoy the dumpster fire. Back to where you belong.
    You go girl!
