Alabama; In or Out?

Same old shit every year. Biggest and loudest voices trying to keep their preseason pics alive. Until Conference Championships are mandatory to be in, it is all bullshit.
-
That’s the point. All other things don’t matter. Losers aren’t winners. Ever.oregonblitzkrieg said:1 loss team should trump a 2 loss conference champion, all other things being equal (strength of schedule, etc.).
-
Best thing for CFB will be for Bama to get in via some bullshit ESPN rationalization. Just like the rematch a few years back brought us the playoff, this will create the outrage to build in conference champs as a prerequisite and expand the playoff field to 8.
-
They will probably lobby their way in. Condo-lisa Lice is from Alabama - how convenient.
That said, I don't have a yuge problem with one loss teams beating out two loss teams like TOSU. -
Who gives a shit at this point. Just a glaring reminder of what Warshington wasted.
-
Why would they be in? Who'd they beat? Just shows how much this whole thing is bullshit and the rules don't apply to Alabama. For everybody else it's this giant investigation into their strength of schedule, good wins vs. bad losses, etc. For Alabama, it's just, "I know they lost, but c'mon, we still know they're the best, right?"
I didn't see this question asked about any other 1-loss team. -

will value conference champs. Otherwise they delegitimize
the whole process.
The 2016 Ohio State Buckeyes -
If you're going to expand to 8 teams, reserve spots for all undefeated conference champions regardless of conference.
-
Wait. You want to reward winning?
