That is not the point. The Pac 12 doesn't have a top 8 team in the league this year, so your THEORY is blown to shit. Also if a lesser conference goes undefeated in the MAC or Sun Belt, do you really think they deserve a spot in a 8 team playoff??? Those are Bad Conferences.TierbsHsotBoobs said:

Make it a 5 team playoff with 4 and 5 playing an extra game.
Teams 1-3 get a bi.
Or ...
6 team play off with one mid-major
1-2 get a bi.
