Herbert isn’t playing. This whole smoke screen of will he or won’t he play is Sarks Willies attempt to try and get Petersen to practice for Herbert so Burmeister can get his reads down quicker.

The joke is really going to be on you when it turns out to be a smokescreen for starting Demetri Burch.
Just listened to Jude's Pod and both he and Ted Miller think Herbert will play. Ted apparently has a non compete with ESPN until Jan 1, 2018 and must have gotten some sort of severance. Ted's impersonation of football talking heads on the CFP was pretty funny and he thinks a 12-1 UW would be 50% of better odds of getting in. Says CFP ain't taking 2 SEC teams.
Herbert is 3-6 in Pac-12 games as the starter for the Zeroes. Whether he plays or not won't matter.
The Dawgs should wear a number "2" decal on the back of their helmets so that both teams will be displaying their respective number of National Championships.
I give him respect for straight up just not working for 2 years before ESPN and he "parted ways" Lol the dude lived in Scottsdale and never made it to like a single asu practice while writing practice reports. Good man.

We beat Fleens and Lambo among others
Ted isn't always popular around here but he was a good guy. Raised an Auburn fan and was fresh off the boat from SEC country in 2000
