Steve Sarkisian just needs more time
Sarkisian said a couple of weeks ago that he's still adjusting to how NFL defensive coordinators move around personnel -- something he didn't have to worry about too much while calling plays at the college level.

In the NFL talent is comparable and scheme wins ...
In college you can out-athlete your way to 7-9 wins a year rather easily ... but you tend to get exposed in games with comparable talent -
