WSU offense panicked (sucked) after getting behind and being enept...of course the damnest turnovers I’ve ever seen- season not over but beating yourself really stings.
1st post from me. I am looking at this from a different angle then just “we sucked, got blown out, Falk sucks, leach ain’t good” etc. Did anyone actually believe that we were going to the playoff? Let alone compete in it? Heck, we weren’t going to go undefeated. I’m looking at this as a wake up call. Can’t overlook opponents, being top 10 doesn’t mean anything among them. If before the season I could make the cougs 6-1 I’d do it. They know they can beat anyone, (USC) comeback and win (Boise) complete game (every other game especially Oregon) and lose. We got eliminated from the CFB tonight. Good. Alamo, fiesta, cotton, etc. are all still available. if we had to lose a game the rest of the way, this it. Granted, losing isn’t fun, especially getting slaughtered, but sometimes it needs to happen to get a message to the players. Reminds me of the 2014 patriots when they got destroyed by the chiefs and won the super bowl. We’re OK, it become such a routine to call for leach and falks head, just relax. Falk had a bad game, ok wow he’s a human college quarterback. All in all, look at it as a blessing, rather than a season killer.
Brian Fremeau of footballoutsiders.com who compiles the FEI efficiency index wrote yesterday, "Washington State has generated more scoring value on defense this year than it has on offense." He noted vs Oregon WSU had one of the most successful defensive performance by any team this year according to raw game splits. He also calculates that WSU has a better chance of going into the apple cup undefeated (38%) than uw does. He calculates that in degree of difficulty so far WSU has a strength of schedule in games to date of #62 and that is #11 of his top 20 teams, compared to #121 and #124 for the uw universities.

Go Cougs!
Special teams coach should be parking lot fired due to the punting situation somehow becoming worse week after week
Cal came to play, no doubt. But cougs had nothing.....nothing.
We have seen this game every year. Multiple times. Let's hope they got it out of their systems and we forget it and move forward from here

Poor delusional cuog fans...
Luke for Heisman - gone
Grinch - unhirable after tonight.
I can see 6-6 and no bowl game.
We suck.
Reading that thread is almost worth $12.95
Also said this wasn't a bad thing because it was a wake up call before more meaningful games. He doesn't understand the HotzBoys
