If JTT was wanting to come to Oregon, he’d already be committed. Ohio State is the only school he hasn’t visited, and the fact he’s willing to wait until April to commit, tells me Ohio State already won and the visit is a formality.
My only shred of hope is that Vita Vea totally balls out and JTT comes to his senses. JT stay home.
What we need is Vita and Danny and Budda and Shaq and Murphy Jr and Rapp and King and Ross ... to call up JTT personally (or Zoom, I don't give a fuck!) and put the pressure on ...
then have Dante Pettis do a dance for him ... that will seal the deal.

Nah they need to bake him a cake
The Phil name is just a coincidence.
I have been hoping for a while that Phil just says “fuck it, I’m 82 years old and I want to see a championship. Let’s just be blatant, get 25 5-stars and money is no object” so I can also see a (vacated) before he and I both die.
But you do need to add more disclaimers. Coaches who lose to Cal AND Oregon State AND Iowa State don’t win titles. 2003 USC lost to Cal but got the AP title.

And Matt Rogers can sing a song while Joel McHale makes fun of him.

2003 Cal === 2020 0-3 Cal
I am not in the business of comparing which Cal team is better. Because I don’t care which turd is more shapely. I am pointing out that USC won a mnc in the same season they lost to a 2-3 Cal team, proving that conditional statement is false.
I’m not sure what you’re trying to tell me that I don’t already know. Cristo’s in-game decisions are the reason they lost that game, a better coach doesn’t lose that game.
I'm old enough to remember, before my ghost days, taking the Bay Area Rail Transit, 'BART' to the locals to Memorial Stadium. A young Peter Carroll set off against a seasoned Jeffrey Tedford.
It was a fine football match. The University of California at Berkeley won in a period that extended past the fourth quarter. That extra period would later be coined 'overtime.'
I never did hear what happened to Mr. Carroll. Word traveled slow back in those times. I do wonder if he was able to win again after the defeat to California.

You lost to Beavlet and Iowa State. Don’t compare Cristobal to Pete Carroll. Shut up.
