For real though, Tracy Ford needs to be recognized for pumping all this talent through FSP. Whether it's just sales and recruiting or that he's a great developer doesn't matter. He's got a ton of top end talent rolling.

I think it has to be development. You look at the kids in that program who start younger and they just seem to keep getting better.
