Same as we allow commies to march. Same as we allow nazis to march.
You start picking and choosing who can exercise the first amendment and who can't, you no longer have a first amendment.
Maybe you have to skirt the fourth amendment a bit in the most egregious cases (RIP @NSA_Dawg!), but you can't suspend the first amendment. -
