She's absolutely, undeniably the best UW-centric recruiting reporter. But Biggins and Huffman are better because they're regional guys and have a little more access than team-specific reporters do. They'd be great complements to each other if 247 picked her over Kim.
The problem was, and always will be for Ruth, that she has a smaller subscriber base and much less active message board posters from that subscriber base. Why do we want a guy who couldn't make it at another pac-12 school?
Because our IDL depth is thin and he was somewhat productive.
He is a rs senior and was getting passed over by younger players at SC. He's not going to supplant Taki or Tuli. He's likely going somewhere like SDSU or a school where he has a decent chance at playing.
