Lil Wayne has lived the test of time though his codeine induced stupor. He deserves at least a tip of the sippy cup.
That being said, adding a guy who's big offer is UofSF is the perfect example of what's wrong with the dollar experiment. He's connected to recruits from his level. This is the pac12, and we need guys who play at this level. How many guys in any sport are WCC recruits and somehow are all of a sudden pac12?
I understand this guy is local and maybe there is a long term game to giving him a scholy, but it still seems nothing more than a roster filler. My only defense of this is that he's going to fill the roster for a year with long range players(junior/seniors you need ot win), and an expectation that you can close on top tier you also need to win.
What's comical about this whole thing is that romar won 9 games with the arguable #1 pick in the draft and i'd still bet DNC's herpes that whatever in the fuck roster comes together at UW will still win more than 9 games.
My good friend works at O'dea in admissions but he's very connected with the Ad and will take over that position down the road. He was the guy who told me the day Petersen got hired he came to the school and introduced himself to everyone (every single teacher, not just the AD) and was the sole reason Gaskin didn't go to ASU.
With that said, he's a big basketball guy and he told me Thomas III is a very intelligent player. Solid. Super smart. He said he can play anywhere 1-3. He told me the better the competition the better he plays and the light bulp came on a little later than most but he's a good player who will buy in and contribute.

Kind of sounds like "she's cute in the face except for her big crooked nose, and her tits are medium large though if she loses enough weight to be a hot bod they will shrink a lot"
