    Like it or not (and I don't) there is a legitimate interstate commerce clause nexus between interstate highway travel and the application of equal opportunity legislation.     City's receive quite a bit of federal funding for law enforcement. Sanctuary city's won't be getting theirs among other funding. Definitely going to hurt. It's either cuts or taxes.
