First they came for high interstate speed limits, and I did nothing. Next they came for collegiate wrestling, and I stood silent.

Like it or not (and I don't) there is a legitimate interstate commerce clause nexus between interstate highway travel and the application of equal opportunity legislation. There isn't the same nexus with respect to local law enforcement, which is why it is carried out almost exclusively by local agencies.
The supremacy of federal immigration law falls below federal highway funding and Title IX? Chinteresting... You're the attorney.

    FUUUUUUCK.

They should pay me if they want to do that shit.

Fuck this 'sanctuary city' bullshit. Either we are a nation of laws or we aren't. Fuck these little pockets of "well, we don't like that so we are willingly going to disobey".

*except for edibles. I like edibles.

Then there oughta be a law like Title IX and ISTEA to deprive states/municipalities that do not enforce immigration laws of funding. Not executive fiat.

City's receive quite a bit of federal funding for law enforcement. Sanctuary city's won't be getting theirs among other funding. Definitely going to hurt. It's either cuts or taxes.

The dude who screams about the Constitution is all for threatening to cut funds from the president.

    Dumbfuck.

Equal protection under the law is the law of the land. Democrats in Alabama can't decide they want Jim Crow back and Democrats in California can't pick and choose which laws they enforce.

States rights is a cover for racists, same as it ever was. A REAL liberal would know that.

Obama threatened funds over trans bathrooms. Deal with it faggots

It's the why is it so hard to just enforce the laws that we have part that boggles my mind ... it shouldn't be that difficult.
