Ted Miller said the same thing in his latest article. With Salvon coming in there was no way Dotson wouldn't be buried.

IIRC Dotson showed well at the Husky combine so might be some potential in those hips.

Yes, But most of the DBs will be sophomores and freshman next year. Gives Dotson a good opportunity to really be a leader for those young men. The incoming RB would be watchin lavon and gaskin. but the young dbs only have jojo and bb beaver to guide them.
