It feels like with every poly kid there are always a million hurdles to deal with and you never know what they are really thinking...there is always something going on in the background...First you have the parents, then the cousins and uncles and other poly teammates..Then you have a religion to deal with. Then you have alligiences to BYU & Utah. Then you have USC. Then you have missions. The list goes on. When do the coaches eventually just say enough with these high maintenance poly's and move in another direction AKA Texas.
if he's really going straight into a mission, I could see us pulling the offer and telling him lets talk in 2 years. I dont get how babysitting him while away for 2 years and with the option to reopen recruiting is a good use of resources. We probably only want to recruit people who we know will show up 6 months after signing.
I dont get the hardon for Poly's, more often than not they underwhelm

Kikaha and Shelton were all Americans on some level. Vita very well could be. That's a better ratio than the whites since pete has been here. The blacks can hold there own.
With this logic once rapp culture an all American we should only recruit the yellows based off of that ratio.

Then again none of this makes any sense.
Now it makes sense
We're done with mission kids after lolahea shitfest.
He confirmed today that he will take his mission when given a choice.
We said no thank you
