    Solar power is best when realized as hydroelectric power. Lunar power, that is, tidal generating chintrigues me but those projects will never clear environmental review.

    We've got the best hyrdoelectric dams in the world in the NW. Everyone says so. They're great. Just great. And I love me some Lake Roosevelt houseboating so fuck off dynamiting Grand Coulee.

    But throwing some nuke plants in the flatlands where they are burning coal makes total sense. Who gives a fuck if Kansas melts down in a Chernobyl like pile of goo?
