Nansen has been trying to swing this crap since the summer, and really since the Rosebowl and their #3 finish the family *really* liked USC. It didn't help that Steve Tui'Kolavatu, their outgoing DT who transferred from UU, has apparently been working the entire poly community up and down to go play for Kenechi Udeze; and when a 25 year old who played at another school for reference sings a coach's praises, it seems to be holding a lot of water. Lane Kiffin happened to poach one of USC's best support staff members to FAU as the DL coach, which left an opening. You can fill in the rest....

Most Everything you heard pretty much happened. The coaches found out late last week. They tried hard to reel him back in and you could see from his text it was a hard decision but the USC package obviously convinced him to sign with them instead of UW. Until he actually pulled the trigger the coaches thought they had a chance. I'm not one for moral victories or hats on the table but it is what it is.
I'd rather not get to far into the nitty gritty. I'm sure more details will trickle out.

I just want to know how much money and gifts was involved in this whole thing. Including the salary of his brother and what kind of job his brother got

Rumor is that Marlon Tuifaggotu fagged out to SC after reassuring everyone he was all UW, and instead of tweeting at him suggesting he light himself and his whole trash Oregon family on fire, the UW coaches are trying to keep it classy.
Petersen has to realise that this built for life and integrity thing isn't going to workout sometimes. The world is not fair, sometimes you have to use ways that are not that ethical and borderline illegal to get the players.
