Yep, easy fix. You let Ford play defense the first couple of months, build up the trust. One day you sit him down and let him know how much brighter his future is on the OL. Or he's good on defense.

This is perfect. Let Kwiatkowski recruit him as a DL, send in Lake and Malloe too. Then when we get him on campus he moves to OL. Strausser doesn't even need to get involved!
