It amazes me how many people out there think that the logical move here is to fire Romar and hire Brandon Roy.
It actually makes sense on a few levels. The most important being that it's about the only way Cohen can get away with showing Romar the door. Either Romar grits his teeth and celebrates Roy getting the job, or not and noc because another husky legend is taking the reins.
ORRRRRR, we all act like grownups and romar takes it like a man b/c he hasn't made the ncaa's in 6 years so he should be fired. Jen grabs her inner labia and fires someone who is the most obviously firable coach in ncaa basketball.
And then they actually put together some sort of coach search that includes some of the former players, and professionals. Jen would then do the job she's fucking paid to do instead of running the local YMCA with role models.
Let Roy get some experience and chops elsewhere for a few years, then think about bringing him in after he shown he can coach college team. There'll be an opening a few years down the road after they fire Romar, because - Think about it - the people who will choose the next coach are the people in charge right now. Cook it.

That said, yeah, he's completely unqualified.
