Allow the sale of coverage over state lines to increase competition.
Put a cap on the maximum amount of reserves that an insurance company has on hand.Establish death panels.

Playing politics is more important than helping people. That's why the republican governors refused the medicade expansion. It could have worked if people wanted it to. Or we could just catch up with everyone else and ditch the private insurers
