Make em spend it then. If we can't pay an
offensive coordinator Wilcox money, much less
even have a dedicated offensive coordinator,
let's just accept the 7 win a year scenario.
And for the reading comprehension impaired
folk on here this post was assuming Sark was here
what would be needed to be done.

    Reiterating:

If Sark is still the coach, the rest simply doesn't matter.

So Wilcox and Sirmon are no improvement
over Holt and Hundley(I think)? Really?

No reading comprehension here. UW is a mediocre AQ school. This means you will not get assistants making lateral moves from better programs. Wilcox left a Tennessee team that was/is a bottom tier SEC school. You might have better luck luring a non AQ upstart. But really WGAF, as long as Sark is your head coach, nothing will change. You might as well spend the money on hookers and blow.

Washington went 5-4 in conference play in 2011 and 2012 and is well on their way to 5-4 again this year.

    Hope this helps.

I think Frost makes around 375000.
You don't even think we could get
him to pick up the phone for twice that?

They won't give another 400k when they have already spent more than that, with little or no improvement. I really thought Washington had turned a corner, but now I think it's a product of scheduling.

I notice all the Oregon assistants are in the similar
ballpark as far as salary. I say throw a stick in the
spokes of their setup. Fuck I'd like to see Greatwood
    up here too.

Whuggy did you not learn anything from Kent Baer & Ed Donattel?

This team needs a new head coach. Sark can never build or maintain a championship level program.

I did HTBMC, but the way it looks Sark
will be here whether we want him to or not.
Simply throwing out options of what I'd
like to see assuming he stays. I'd be thrilled
if he moved on, just don't see it. I do see
him feeling pressure to chop some bodies
    on his staff.

Scott Frost was hiding in the closet scared out of his mind while Lawrence Phillips was beating up his ex (Frost's current at the time) girlfriend.

    Allegedly.

And Woodward ain't gonna fire his butt buddy.
I'm searching for ways to improve the situation
with him here. Cozzetto has to go and getting
Frost would be huge. Pay him Wilcox money and you got a shot.

This guy learned nothing from 0-12 and deserves another one.
Or it's Harv and he's fucking with us.

    Anyways.............. Hi Harv!

Although I have little confidence it will.
I'm assuming Sarkisian will be here.
Cozzeto-gone. Can't recruit. Can't develop. Throw serious money
at Adrian Klemm, Steve Greatwood or Lincoln Kennedy.
On the first two, not a great chance that you can flip them
but at least you're mind fucking with your opposition. Serious
    football schools could flip them.

Kiesau-gone. Receivers aren't progressing and we need a
dedicated offensive coordinator. For all the accolades Sark gets
I see very little creativity in his approach. Throw serious, serious
money and try to flip Scott Frost. The fucker only makes in the
mid 300's and we need Oregon creativity.

Johnny Nansen-gone. I don't care that he is a half decent recruiter.
Special teams have been a fuckfest since he has coached them.

Leave the defensive side of the ball alone for now even though
Wilcox produced a stinker yesterday. It was Nick Holt like in
    its approach.
